Basic Scoring Points:

6 points for a running, receiving or special teams touchdown

4 points for a passing touchdown

-2 points for an interception

3 points for a field goal

1 point for a point after touchdown (PAT) kick

2 points for a running or receiving 2 point conversion

1 point for a passing 2-point conversion

Yardage Points:

.1 point for every 1 yard rushing or receiving

.1 point for every 2.5 yards passing

Bonus Points:

2 bonus points for every 100 yards rushing or receiving.

2 bonus points for every 250 yards passing.

1 bonus point for any touchdown; running, receiving, passing, or a kickoff or punt return that is 50 yards or greater.

1 bonus point for a field goal that is 50 yards or greater.

Defensive Player Scoring:

6 points for a defensive touchdown.

4 points for a safety.

3 points per fumble recovery.

3 points per interception.

2.5 points per sack.

1 point per pass defended.

1 point per tackle.

1 point per forced fumble.

.5 point per assist.

Coach Scoring:

5 points for a win by the coach’s team

-2 points for a loss by the coach’s team

.5 point for every point scored more than the opponent
